Americus successfully negotiated and closed a long-term, tax-exempt capital lease transaction with Houston Community College System for a 154,000 square foot facility for its Northwest College-Town & Country Campus. The project involved the acquisition of an existing facility where HCCS already had a long-term operating lease.
